6th Euro Spring School on Pulmonary Circulation and Right Ventricular Function

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

It is our great pleasure to invite you to the Sixth European Spring School on THE SCIENCE AND  PRACTICE OF VENOUS THROMBOEMBOLISM. This major bi-annual international event is organised jointly by the Center for Thrombosis and Hemostasis (CTH) at the University Medical  Center Mainz, Germany, the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC), The Netherlands, and the Aristotle University Medical School, Thessalonica, Greece. The Spring School is endorsed by  international and European scientific societies, and offers CME accreditation.

Exchange of  knowledge, scientific and professional networking, and career support have been the  quintessence of the European VTE School since 2013. As in the past years, we will have with us a distinguished faculty of international leaders in the field, together with a limited number of  highly motivated early-career physicians and researchers.

Acute and chronic VTE is a field in which ongoing research continues to revolutionise clinical  practice and improve patient outcomes. Based on the support and the feedback that we  received from you in our past Spring Schools, we have taken every care to ensure that the  programme of the 6th Euro Spring School 2023 will include the most relevant and  contemporary scientific topics related to thrombosis and VTE, while promoting active interactions and scientific networking. The programme will feature:
